Robbers

I was putting Gordon to bed tonight and he said, "Mom. Robbers never come to our house, right?"

I said, "They haven't. Aren't we lucky?"

Gordon said, "They sometimes go to other people's houses, right?"

I said, "Yeah. They do."

Gordon said, "Do robbers have to go to jail?"

I said, "Sometimes they have to. They are making bad choices by being robbers."

Gordon said, "It is a good thing my name isn't Gordon Robber Leary."

I said, "Yeah. It is Gordon Robert Leary. Not Robber Leary."

Gordon said, "Even if my name was Gordon Robber Leary, I still wouldn't rob."
